Terms and Conditions of Business

 

For non-postal Garden Design Services

 

 
Any agreed fee must be paid to Woodlands Garden Design, in the form of cash or a cheque (made out to Imelda Malkin), immediately on the delivery of the design or presentation of the invoice.
 
The services provided and the charges made by Woodlands Garden Design will be as outlined in the current sales information and as agreed in advance with the client. Woodlands Garden Design reserves the right to update and amend these prices and terms without notice.
 
Woodlands Garden Design will consider any request from the client for related goods and services beyond those listed in the current sales information.  Any charge for such services will be agreed, in writing, at the time.
 
If the client should decide, for whatever reason, to terminate the agreement for services before completion they will remain liable to pay 50% of the agreed fee to Woodlands Garden Design at the time of cancellation.  Under such circumstances there will be no obligation for Woodlands Garden Design to deliver any work in progress.
